These laws apply to any and all nations, and is inclusive of the armada and armed forces of the Coalition. Labeled in order as "ISTO Mandated Laws and Regulation" or an "Iron Legion Provisional Order", these documents will be relevant in the circumstances where they present themselves, and will be called upon in scenario based upon there application and the situation in which all bulletins are confirmed and are presented with evidences or a case otherwise. These drafts can be repealed or redacted for edit based upon a vote cast by the major nations involved in the vote.

ISTO Congressional Sessions
The ISTO Congress will conduct all decisions with and for the well-being of the coalition. The Congress is made up of all the crew leaders and government officials inside the alliance, and together, they shall vote on what the International Securiy Council shall conduct as a group movement.
The leaders will attend the Congressional Meetings which will discuss the issues threatening or concerning the alliance as they occur, and shall make decisions to counter/resolve the issues at hand. Congressional Meetings are mandatory and will be announced by the President of the Iron Legion and will conducted and supervised two or more days after the announcement. CGNA, CRUS, or GFRA shall provide or lend security forces or units for the disclosed location on GTAO.

ISTO Constitutional Rights
Article I: Bill of Rights
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without discrimination of any kind, such as race, color, sex, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin. Furthermore, no discrimination shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or nationality of the clan to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
Section I:
The Right to Fair and Equal Trial
All members of the Iron Legions shall always have the opportunity to a court date with an unbiased judge, and a trial that is considered fair and equal by all.
Section II:
The Right to Request a Re-Trial
In the event a court trial is deemed to be either biased or unfair, a retrial may be requested by only the defendant or the prosecutor, and a second court date will be scheduled. The new trial will be carried out in the High Court, in which it shall be the duty of the Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General, and the High Court to elect a new judge for the case up to a maximum of five times, once per failed case. If the case is still not resolved and closed, the fifth judge will ultimately determine the outcome of the case, and it will immediately be closed once his decision is made.
Section III:
The Right to Public Assembly
All Iron Legion Officials, shall be allowed to attend public meetings, sessions, court hearings, trainings, events, etc. However, this may be void if any of the following are true: 1) The event/session is a restricted meeting for Iron Legion Council Members. 2) The event/session is with Foreign Leaders. 3) A Judge has ruled that a member cannot attend public events/sessions of any kind in a Court of Law.
Section IV:
The Right to Education
All members of the Iron Legion have the right to attend public trainings unless prohibited by one of the leaders of the Iron Legion.
Section V:
The Right to Vote
All members of the Iron Legion have the right to vote. A member may not vote if a Judge of the Department of Justice has placed restrictions on that member, and the restrictions are still in effect.
Section VI:
The Right to An Attorney.
All Iron Legion members are entitled to select a partner to assist them in court trials at any time regardless of the charges placed against them, or the matter of which they are attending court for.
Section VII:
The Right to Request a Conference with a Political Agent
All political agents of the Iron Legion are required to meet with Iron Legion members, regarding any issue, at least once per month without declining, at the member's request. After the agent has met with that particular member once, they are not required to accept any further meetings, but still may.
Section VIII:
The Right to Admittance
The members of the Iron Legion shall be admitted to the Iron Legion, regardless of their nationality or location,
given that they are able to speak the English language fluently.
Section IX:
The Right to File a Lawsuit
In the event that any member of the Iron Legion feels that another Iron Legion member has violated a law, or is negatively being affected by another member, they have the option to file a lawsuit and receive a court date against that person.
Section X:
The Right to Disregard an Order
Any soldier which receives an order that is unlawful or unconstitutional may disregard that order at their own will in the event that the right to disregard an order/Section X is issued.
Section XI:
The Right to Declassified News
The members of the Iron Legion have the right to be informed of all news. However, any information that is deemed "Classified" cannot be disclosed at any time. Information is classified and declassified by a the Congress and Executive Branch as well as the leaders of the Iron Legion involved in the status of the information.

The Right to Remain Silent
You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law when being detained and arrested. You do not have the right to remain silent and must answer all questions truthfully when being questioned in a court of law.
Section XIII:
The Right to Knowledge of Allegations
The DHS, Local and Military Police is required to inform all alleged criminals of the charges being brought against them before they can be detained and assigned a court date.
Section XIV:
Equality under Law
All Iron Legion personnel are to be treated equally and fairly under the laws in this Constitution and without exception, regardless of rank, location, social status, or any other traits or factors they may have.
Section XV:
Protection of Rights admitted by Law Enforcement
The DHS, Local and Military Police, using the fullest extent of their powers, are to defend the Constitution and the rights it provides to all members of the Iron Legion.
Section XVI:
Denial to Unfair Treatment
No Military Policeman may detain any Iron Legion member without probable cause.
A member under such conditions may file a lawsuit against the detaining officer.
Section XVII:
Innocent Until Proven Guilty
All defendants in a trial shall remain innocent, and may not receive a sentencing until the prosecutor provides legitimate evidence against the defendant in a Iron Legion Court of Law.

Freedom of Speech
All members of the Iron Legion have the right to voice their opinion anywhere except for in a combat zone, and when comms off are in effect.
Section XIX:
Alliance of Politically Fair and Free Rights
The Iron Legion and its members are entitled to operating in an environment where everyone is treated fairly, without discrimination, and freely with their granted rights.
Section XX:
Rights Admitted to All
All rights within the Iron Legion Constitution are to be granted to all Iron Legion members whenever online on PSN.
Section XXI:
Fairness and Equality
All Iron Legion personnel must be treated fairly, respectfully, and equivalently,
and be in a positive environment where group cooperation is used as often as possible.

A Fair and Free Press:
The Iron Legion Leaders may distinguish which materials are public or protected from disclosure, based on classification of information as sensitive or classified. Any person of the Iron Legion may express their views of the Iron Legion even if it is a negative expression, so be it remains truthful.

All members of the Iron Legion shall not be subject to any laws or regulations in matters relating to the terms and conditions of their contracts, operations, including licensing and registering employees, businesses and corporations; provided, however, they shall comply with such applicable licensing and registration laws and regulations if engaging in business or transactions in other than Operations and Contracts. Notwithstanding any provisions of this order, the Iron Legion and their employees operating must still comply with all rules, regulations, and any implementing instructions or regulations governing the existence and activities of the Iron Legion , including registration and licensing of weapons and firearms.
